We want you to be happy with your new purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason, just return the unit to us within 30 days and we will give you full credit toward other purchases on versisonline.com.  Of course if the equipment is abused like dropped from a tall building or run over by a car, please do not expect us to provide a credit
